Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Egypt
We are seeking an organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as strong attention to detail. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents, including filing and archiving
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings and appointments for team members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Help with travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up their workstations and providing necessary materials
- Help with event planning and coordination for company events or meetings
- Conduct research on various topics as requested by team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
