Job Title: Manager of Operations in El-Ain, Egypt



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Operations to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Oversee budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve communication
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role, preferably in operations or logistics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements that have positively impacted business operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of budget planning and financial management principles
- Fluent in Arabic with basic English proficiency
