Executive Chef
As an Executive Chef in our Ar-Ruwais location, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations and managing the kitchen staff. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences through delicious and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the preparation of all menu items, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to maintain profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
- Develop new menu items and special dishes according to seasonal availability and guest preferences
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with local health codes
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop promotions and events to attract more customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Proven track record of menu development and cost control techniques
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, ingredients, and equipment
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
