We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, and handling guest requests or complaints. The Housekeeping Manager will also be responsible for training new staff members and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual with previous housekeeping management experience to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests.
