Staff Assistant - Administrative Support (Dukhan, Qatar)
The Staff Assistant will provide administrative support and assistance to the company's staff in Dukhan, Qatar. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills in English and experience working in an office setting. The ideal candidate should also possess a biometric passport and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the company's staff, including scheduling appointments, managing emails and phone calls, and handling office supplies
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Liaise with other departments within the company as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and report any issues
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in an office setting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Must have a biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Willingness to live on-site (accommodation provided)
Salary: 1000$ per month
