They will also be responsible for training new staff members on proper cleaning techniques and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training as needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination
- Maintain inventory levels for all housekeeping supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
- Create work schedules based on occupancy levels and budget constraints

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification or training in housekeeping management preferred
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
