We are a busy office in Al-Khor seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This is a great opportunity for an Indian candidate who is looking for an English speaking job with accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting with document preparation and data entry
- Managing office calendars and schedules
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Providing general administrative support to office staff

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Al-Khor (with accommodation)
