Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Your creativity and passion for cooking will be essential in developing new and exciting dishes to delight our customers. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant and a strong understanding of Pakistani cuisine. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month and is open to all nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menu plans that reflect our restaurant's concept and appeal to our customers.
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Create new recipes and dishes while also improving existing ones.
- Collaborate with other departments to organize special events or promotions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant.
- In-depth knowledge of Pakistani cuisine.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
- Creativity and passion for cooking with a focus on using fresh, local ingredients.
