Sales Manager - Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the sales industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Fluency in English is required
