Key Responsibilities:
- Create dynamic lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods and resources
- Facilitate engaging and interactive classroom activities to promote language learning
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and improve teaching methods
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or qualification in ESL/TEFL/TESOL preferred
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in a multicultural setting
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Experience working with diverse age groups and abilities
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their language learning goals
