Sales Manager for International Company in Ar-Ruwais
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our international company in Ar-Ruwais. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in an international company
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support as needed
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to upper management on performance and progress towards goals
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
- Manage budget planning and forecasting for the sales department
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company
- Keep up-to-date on industry developments, product features, pricing trends, etc.
We offer competitive salary package of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position with standard working hours. Accommodation is not provided but we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
