Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies when needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is preferred
- Must be able to work legally in Al-Malikiyah without company sponsorship
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position. In addition, we provide a free visa and ticket for our employees. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position.
