Indian Restaurant Manager in Doha, Qatar
A well-established Indian restaurant in Doha is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all areas of the restaurant including front of house, kitchen, and bar
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Create schedules for staff that meet business needs while adhering to labor budget
- Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of food cost control techniques and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with other benefits such as housing allowance, transportation, medical insurance, and annual leave.
