Job Title: Pastry Chef for Indian Restaurant in Lusail, Qatar

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at our Indian restaurant located in the vibrant city of Lusail, Qatar. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delectable desserts and pastries that represent the rich and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine. Your role will involve preparing and baking a variety of desserts, decorating them with artistic flair, and ensuring they are presented beautifully to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry making, strong knowledge of Indian desserts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pastry Chef looking to showcase their skills in an exciting new setting.

Responsibilities:
- Create and bake a wide variety of desserts and pastries according to traditional Indian recipes
- Decorate desserts with creative designs and garnishes
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate dessert orders
- Keep up-to-date with current food trends and new techniques in pastry making

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian desserts and pastry making techniques
- Creative flair for designing visually appealing desserts
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef
- Fluent English communication skills
- Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus

Salary: $1000/month (tax-free)

Location: Lusail, Qatar (preference for Indian nationals)
