We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage our housekeeping staff in Umm-Said. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms and public areas are kept clean and maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, train, and manage housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Maintain a budget for housekeeping expenses and ensure it is adhered to

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role in housekeeping or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a hotel setting
- Knowledge of multiple languages (Malayalee or Egyptian preferred)

Salary: $1400 per month
