Receptionist (Indian or Pakistani Nationals)
A reputable company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a professional, friendly and well-organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi or Urdu and have excellent communication skills in English. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars, schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Hindi or Urdu is essential
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printer, scanner)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Professional attitude with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
