Office Assistant
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable skills and experience in an office setting. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assisting with planning and organizing company events or meetings
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant will be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Salary: This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month.
