Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in El-Ain. As an integral member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This position is suitable for Indian nationals who are looking for part-time work and do not require English proficiency or prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members and maintain the office calendar
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and record keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have own visa in El-Ain or be able to obtain one independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
1500$ per month (part-time)
