Logistics Coordinator - Indian Nationals


We are a leading logistics company based in Sharjah and we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track shipments and provide updates to relevant parties.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels and replenish as necessary.
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and lead times.
- Resolve any issues or delays in shipment in a timely manner.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Assist in the development of logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or related role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Indian nationality preferred.

Salary: 1000$ per month
