Administrative Assistant
We are currently hiring an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of our company. Your main duties will include managing calendars, arranging meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, and performing various administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and conferences
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Perform data entry tasks as needed
- Assist in the preparation of budget documents
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position. This is a full-time position, working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Sunday through Thursday.
