Night Auditor - English Speaking (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)


We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at a luxury hotel in Doha. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, including managing guest accounts, balancing accounts receivable and payable, and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage guest accounts and accurately record all charges and payments
- Balance all financial transactions including cash, credit card, and room charges
- Prepare daily reports for management and accounting departments
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role at a hotel or resort
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Urdu/Hindi is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of hotel management software is a plus

Working Conditions:
