Administrative Manager
We are currently hiring for the position of Administrative Manager in our company located in Lusail. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our company and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, but Malayalees are preferred. English language skills are not required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow within the company
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, providing guidance, training and support as needed
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and meet the needs of the company
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation process for administrative staff
- Liaise with other departments within the company to coordinate administrative tasks and ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records and files to facilitate easy retrieval of information when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar managerial role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
