Assistant Staff Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Assistant Staff Coordinator in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Assistant Staff Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the staff coordinator in managing the day-to-day operations of our company. This includes coordinating staff schedules, managing employee records, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the staff coordinator in managing employee schedules and tasks
- Maintain accurate employee records and files
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
