Entry-Level Office Assistant
We are searching for a reliable and organized entry-level office assistant to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- File documents and maintain organized records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Complete basic data entry tasks
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
