We are in search of a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping team in Umm-Said. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facility, as well as managing and training our housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping management and a thorough understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility
- Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of the facility

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills for inventory management purposes
- Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language preferred

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Umm-Said (Indian nationals preferred)
