Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator

We are hiring an ambitious and detail-oriented Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Logistician, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. You will assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking shipments, and communicating with suppliers and customers. This is a contract position suitable for students or candidates without prior experience in logistics. Fluency in English is required. Preference will be given to Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers to customers
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track shipments
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor transportation costs and work to reduce expenses
- Assist in developing efficient supply chain strategies
- Audit invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare reports on logistics performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
- Work closely with other departments such as procurement, sales, and warehouse teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of logistics software is a plus
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
