Construction Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Doha. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include managing budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in construction management, and strong leadership skills. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Oversee quality control procedures
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of construction laws, codes, and regulations in Qatar
- Proficiency in project management software
