We are a well-established restaurant in Doha, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and product quality.
- Monitor expenses and budget to ensure profitability.
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional events or campaigns.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be of Pakistani nationality.
- Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Budget management skills with a focus on cost control.

Salary: 1100$ per month
