Office Assistant - Al-Khor, Egypt
We are urgently hiring for an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Egypt. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- No English language proficiency required
- Prior office experience is not necessary
- Must have a valid visa to work in Egypt
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
