We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, budget, inventory, and customer service.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss goals, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
