Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in Al-Rayyan. Your main role will be to drive sales and increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and providing guidance and support to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role in sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify potential new clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
- Manage the sales team, including setting targets, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Salary: 900$
