Bilingual Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving sales growth in the Pakistani market. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have previous sales experience, excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, and be familiar with the Pakistani market. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Pakistani market
- Manage and motivate the sales team to drive sales growth
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of competition
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in both English and Urdu (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of the Pakistani market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
