Loader Supervisor
As a Loader Supervisor in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials in a safe and efficient manner. You will be managing a team of loaders, ensuring that they adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and provide training as needed
- Plan and organize loading schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all goods and materials
- Conduct regular safety checks to identify any hazards or risks
- Maintain accurate records of all loaded/unloaded items
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate loading activities
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages
- Enforce company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a loader or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of safety protocols for loading/unloading materials
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy items
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fluency in English is preferred
