A highly regarded restaurant in Doha is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and leading a successful team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality standards are met
- Manage and train staff to deliver impeccable service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary orders to ensure adequate supply
- Create and implement efficient policies and procedures for the restaurant
- Maintain financial records and manage budgets to ensure profitability
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase revenue
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of delivering high quality customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
The restaurant is located in Doha, Qatar. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in Doha or willing to relocate.
