Sales Manager - Dubai


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success through coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Manage a team of sales representatives and monitor their performance
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research principles and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month, plus commission based on performance.
