Executive Chef for Egyptian Restaurant in Sharjah
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a popular Egyptian restaurant in Sharjah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and executing menus, and ensuring high-quality food is consistently served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase traditional Egyptian cuisine while also incorporating new and innovative dishes
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in an Egyptian restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Egyptian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
