Office Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Our company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Indian or Egyptian national with a valid biometric passport. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, including accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist visitors
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Prepare documents and reports
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and software (e.g. MS Office)
- Previous experience as an office assistant or similar role is preferred
