We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all hotel staff, including front desk receptionists, housekeeping staff, and maintenance workers
- Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the hotel by effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to employees
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Create and maintain budgets for various departments within the hotel
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a reputable hotel
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and financial management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Must have a valid biometric passport (for all nationalities)
- Experience working in Doha is preferred
