Restaurant Manager
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and managing the staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer service
- Create and maintain schedules for staff
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage the budget and track expenses to ensure profitability
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is preferred
