Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient systems and processes to optimize production and reduce costs. Salary: $1300 per month

City: Lusail, Qatar

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodology
- Familiarity with production planning software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement efficient systems to optimize production processes
- Conduct time studies to establish standards for production activities
- Create production schedules based on demand forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor production performance and take corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Maintain accurate records of all engineering changes made during the manufacturing process
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements
