Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights and hotels
- Schedule meetings and appointments for managers and executives
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or relevant field is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record keeping
