Hotel Manager for English Speaking Pakistani Candidates in Al-Rayyan

We are in need of a highly skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel located in Al-Rayyan. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the hotel including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. This position is suitable for male candidates from Pakistan who are fluent in English and possess a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate hotel operations to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Hire, train, and manage staff members including front desk personnel, housekeeping staff, and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests
- Monitor budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall goals of the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a diverse team
- Knowledge of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
