Administrator - Ar-Ruwais
We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrator to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative duties and office operations, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and processing payroll.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by implementing and enforcing company policies.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
