Administrative Assistant - Ajman, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails and other correspondence from clients and colleagues
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and financial transactions
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in Urdu or Arabic preferred
Salary:
1400$ per month
