Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and service, as well as menu planning, ordering supplies and managing the kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and high-quality menus to suit the tastes and preferences of our guests
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Oversee food purchasing, inventory control, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food quality to maintain consistent standards
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and culinary trends
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Creativity in menu planning
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs
Salary: 1400$ per month (including accommodation)
