Industrial Engineer - Ar-Ruwais


We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes. Your role will involve analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new systems and processes to optimize production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies, analyze production data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement new systems and processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to meet targets.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the production process.
- Train production staff on new processes and procedures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
