Sales Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and overall sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to senior management on performance, trends, and potential areas for improvement
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (preferably in India)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in analyzing sales data and identifying trends
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage)
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
