Office Assistant in Isa Town, Bahrain
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to appropriate staff members
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Self-motivated with a positive attitude
-UAE national preferred
Salary:
1800$ per month, depending on experience.
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa.
