Executive Chef
We are currently hiring for an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team in El-Ain. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create menus based on seasonal availability, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other employees
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as necessary to maintain profitability
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Build relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at a competitive price
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage kitchen operations effectively
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menu items while also maintaining consistency in existing dishes
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with staff, management, suppliers, and customers
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in food preparation
Additional Requirements:
This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. Temporary residents or students looking for part-time work are also welcome to apply.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
