Construction Manager

We are hiring a Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively manage a team of contractors, engineers, and other project stakeholders. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure. Additionally, the candidate must have a good understanding of safety regulations and be committed to maintaining a safe work environment for all workers. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Identify any potential issues or delays and take proactive measures to address them
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Manage project budget and track expenses against approved budget
- Communicate progress updates regularly to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety regulations
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Salary:
1500$ per month, with potential for performance-based bonuses.

Location:
This position is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Qatar.
